Is there a free trial available?
No, there is no free trial, but if the service does not meet your expectations within 7 days of work, we will refund 75% of the subscription cost.
Do the subscription prices include GST?
No, these prices are excluding GST.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. You can manage this in your portal or get in contact and we will assist you with the transition.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the high-quality nature of the work, we do not issue refunds after the first week of service. However, no refunds will be issued for completed work.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Once canceled, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period.
Is there a limit to the number of requests I can make?
There is no limit to how many tasks you can submit, but tasks are worked on one at a time and are delivered within the time period stated in your subscription plan.
How do you handle larger requests?
For larger requests (e.g., creating a data dashboard), we will split the work into smaller, manageable tasks. This ensures that you receive regular updates on the progress of your task while it’s being worked on.
How fast will I receive my tasks back?
Generally, tasks are completed within 1-2 days, depending on their complexity. For Business and Executive subscriptions, you can assign priority for faster turnaround times.
I don't like how my task was executed. Can I resubmit it?
Yes, of course! We’ll revise the task based on your feedback and continue making adjustments until you’re 100% satisfied with the result.
How will I request task?
When you subscribe, you will gain access to your personal dashboard. From there, you can submit requests for designs or other tasks.
How do I add my team members?
If you have a Business or Enterprise subscription, you can add your team members by sending them an invitation email. They will be prompted to set a password and gain access to the system.
How does the pause function work for my subscription?
We understand that you may not always have tasks to submit. You can pause your subscription at any time. Billing will resume once you start submitting tasks again. Pausing your subscription will prevent future charges during the break period.
Can I use the service for just one month?
Absolutely! You can use Task & Flow for one month or longer based on your needs. There is no long-term commitment required.
Do you have non-profit pricing?
Yes, we offer a 5% discount on the Business and 15% discount on the Enterprise packages for non-profits. We believe in supporting organizations that are doing good work in the community. Get in touch to verify your non-profit status and receive your special code.
